Shaded boxes are shown. The group shows, box, box, box, box, box. The number 5 is written next to the row of shaded boxes.

Count the shaded boxes: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Write 5.

MATERIALS

Index Cards, Pencil ACTIVITY

Draw groups of 4 and 5 circles on 2 index cards. Have your child write the correct number on the back of each card. Then use the cards to practice counting and reading the numbers 4 and 5.
