Count the connecting cubes and write the number to tell how many.

A train of 10 cubes and 9 more cubes. The number 19 is written.

There are 10 cubes and 9 more cubes. To find how many, count all the cubes. There are 19 cubes. Write 19.

HOME ACTIVITY

18, 19, or 20 in a Group

MATERIALS

Paper, Pencil

ACTIVITY

Have your child draw 18 objects, and then write the number 18 below the group of objects. Repeat for the numbers 19 and 20.
